1. General Terms

• These Terms govern the rules for attending our events, purchasing tickets, and interacting with Tbilisi Movie Nights' platforms, including our website and Instagram page.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. All updates will be published on this website.

2. Ticket Purchase

• Tickets can only be purchased through our official website or via links provided on our social media platforms.
• All tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled by the organizers.
• When booking, a table reservation is made under the guest's name. This name must be provided during the ticket purchase process.
• Upon arrival, our staff will ask for the name under which the reservation was made. Please be prepared to provide it.
• A confirmed reservation grants you entry at the specified date and time. Tickets will be checked at the entrance.

3. Age Restrictions

• Admission is allowed for individuals aged 10 and above, provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Venue Information

• All events are held indoors, with a limited number of seats available.
• Guest check-in begins 30 minutes before the screening starts.
• Screenings begin strictly on time. Late arrivals may still be admitted but must enter quietly to avoid disturbing other guests.

5. Code of Conduct

To ensure a pleasant and respectful atmosphere at all Tbilisi Movie Nights screenings, guests are required to follow these rules:

• No loud talking during the film. Please silence your phones and avoid taking calls.
• Do not walk around the venue unnecessarily during the screening. If you need to leave, please do so discreetly.
• Do not touch the equipment, including projectors, screens, speakers, or other technical devices. All equipment is professionally set and operated by staff only.
• Disruptive behavior is not allowed, such as blocking others' view, making noise, or acting disrespectfully toward other guests.
• Keep the space clean. You may leave any trash or used items on the table — our team will handle cleanup after the screening.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited, including all forms of cigarettes and electronic devices (e-cigarettes, vapes, etc.).

Violation of these rules may result in a warning or removal from the event without a ticket refund.

6. Media & Privacy

• Photography and videography may take place during events. These materials may be used to promote the project.
• If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform the organizers in advance.

7. Prohibition on Taking Decorations or Items

We kindly ask all guests to treat the cinema space and its design with respect. It is strictly forbidden to take any decorations or items from the venue, including:

• Menus
• Candle holders, candles, napkin holders
• Cards, themed props, table decorations
• Any other decorative or interior elements
